The vCam-6 HD professional pipe inspection camera system from Vivax-Metrotech is our best-equipped camera system. It offers full 1024x768 high-definition resolution video via its 1.3" (D34-HD) or its 1.8" (D46-HD) high definition 1080p camera heads. Camera lighting up to 44.02 Lumens (D46-HD). The vCam-6 HD screen is an industry-leading 9.7" Daylight viewable display.

A choice of two professional-grade reels, i.e., type-CP reel (200/300/400ft), is the larger variant with a stainless-steel frame construction. The MX compact reel (100/150ft) is a stainless steel frame with a high-strength carbon fiber drum. Both materials eliminate rust and corrosion, commonly found to occur on older lower-cost painted steel frame designs.

Every vCam-6 HD includes built-in 1-TB (Terabyte) HD for video storage and an internal Li-Ion battery (4-6 hr.). However, it can also run on any 120VAC main outlet or 12DC auto outlet. Other features include "Locatable" push-rod, built-in sonde (512Hz/640Hz/33kHz), and Wi-fi (150ft range) for smartphone/tablet app use.

Type CP - Standard
The standard reel is wide enough to roll without tipping but slim enough to go through doorways and gates. - all stainless steel construction and includes friction and locking brakes. The control module can mount on this reel for easy viewing.

vCam-6 LiveView App

The vCam-6 LiveView mobile app from Vivax-Metrotech provides users a live video stream from the vCam-6 pipe inspection camera system onto their iOS iPhone or iPad.

This video stream allows users to record video and capture JPEG pictures on their iOS device. Users can easily share the files using your built-in iOS file sharing features.

The vLoc3-Cam sonde locator from Vivax-Metrotech is built on a new Triaxial 3D antenna architecture providing the best-in-industry sonde locating experience. The vLoc3-Cam makes finding and locating sondes and camera heads quick and easy every time. Approach the sonde from any direction, and the bright color LCD will guide you to the exact location of the camera head with depth.

The vLoc3-Cam includes all the industry-standard sonde frequencies and a line trace frequency for locating the entire length of the camera pushrod. In addition, an optional transmitter is available for this application. The vLoc3-Cam also includes passive Power and Radio modes for traditional utility sweeping.

The vScan receiver is both a line & sonde locator. The vScan receivers antenna orientation makes it ideal for sonde locating. It includes the two most popular sonde frequencies used by pushrod camera manufacturers - 512Hz & 33kHz. A passive power 60Hz and Radio mode for locating passive signals radiating from adjacent pipes and cables allows users to sweep for known and unknown utilities.
